Executive Assistant - Intermediate (US) - Dexian

Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Intermediate

Duration: 12 Months + Possibility of extension

Location: Boxborough, MA 01719

Pay Rate: $31.76 - $42.91 hourly

JOB SUMMARY:

THE ROLE:

• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative duties that pertain to supporting specific groups including director level support.
• This level of support includes, but is not limited to, project coordination, calendar and meeting management, travel, goods & services purchasing, report preparation, and expense reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Senior-level administrative support including heavy calendaring and meeting arrangements, travel coordination, data processing, expense reporting, meeting management, etc.
• Coordinate and track key organization data (budget, travel, equipment, etc.)
• Organize functional team events (group meetings, offsites, celebrations, etc.), facilitating communication with in-house and external contacts to ensure success
• Meet and greet guests, order all catering for meetings, and arrange all offsite lunches and dinner meetings
• Manages department purchases, including opening purchase orders and managing procurement card use and expenses
• Manage and track expense reports and receipts; reconcile corporate credit card accounts regularly according to company policy
• Understand business operations and use this expertise to help improve operations and overall efficiency of the organization
• Handle candidate interview logistics as required
