Executive Assistant in Baltimore County (Placement)
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in Baltimore County. This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking
- Support project management tasks as needed
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, answering calls, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Work Environment:
- Must be able to travel within Baltimore County if required
- In-office role (no travel between different job sites required)
