Executive Assistant in Baltimore County (Placement)

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in Baltimore County. This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
• Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle expense reporting and budget tracking
• Support project management tasks as needed
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, answering calls, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Work Environment:

• Must be able to travel within Baltimore County if required
• In-office role (no travel between different job sites required)
