Executive Assistant III - Hospital Administration - County of Riverside

This position will support the RUHS Medical Center's Chief Operating Officer and entails providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, requiring independent judgment and action. Key responsibilities include proficient management of calendars and emails, independent problem-solving, and maintaining a professional demeanor. The role involves handling sensitive matters such as employee relations and highly confidential information with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate should excel in multitasking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills while also being able to work independently and harmoniously with colleagues.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a large department or high-level executives
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing a calendar/emails for an executive
• Independent thinker/problem solver
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced, multidirectional tasks with a calm, professional demeanor
• Ability to handle high-profile items and highly sensitive/confidential information
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders while representing the department and executives with professionalism and tact

Schedule:
9/80 Friday - Day Shift
Must occasionally be available outside of regular business hours on short notice for emergent situations, to assist the Chief Information Officer in addressing urgent business needs.
