The incumbent for this position will assumeresponsibility for all administrative duties for the COO and operations leadership. Duties are typically complex, confidential and require a high level of discretion and initiative.
Responsibilities include:
- Development and maintenance of tracking Excel spreadsheets for financial, compliance, task, and administrative information
- Development and update of PowerPoint presentations
- Provide administrative support to committees of the Board of Trustees
- Attend off-site rounding and help monitor requests for assistance
- Other administrative support as needed
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. AS/BS preferred.
- License/Certifications: CPS preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of administrative assistant experience suggested; business and management training preferred.
