Associates who embody our core values fit in well here and we are eager to meet candidates who demonstrate behaviors that align with Trust, Ownership, Growth, Empathy, Teamwork, Heart, Enjoyment, and Relationships. **About the Role:** Provides administrative support to executive level staff, specifically the Chief Human Resource Officer & Chief Administrative Officer. + Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the President's ability to effectively lead the organization, includingassisting with special projects, designing, and producing complex documents, reports and presentations, collecting and preparinginformation for meetings for executive staff, the Board and other outside parties, composing and preparing correspondence,maintaining contact list, making travel arrangements, and completing expense reports. + Responsible for providing administrative support using independent judgement, discretion and initiative while handling highlyconfidential and critical information. + Arrange and manage logistics for Board/Divisional meetings and events including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, anddeveloping, and distributing presentation materials. + Provide sophisticated calendar and travel management for the President including coordinating offsite meeting as necessary. + Prioritize inquiries and requests while trouble shooting conflicts; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smoothday-to-day engagements. Coordinates offsite meetings and arrangements. + Function as a liaison and handle all logistics for meetings and events, including scheduling meetings, drafting agendas,developing, compiling, and distributing presentation materials and recording meetings minutes. + Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities -knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. + Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. + Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, RegulationE, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. + May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. + Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words. + Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. + Embraces our vision to become "Business Bank of Choice" + May perform other duties as assigned. **About** **You:** + H.S. Diploma/GED, required. + Businessdegreeorexperience inrelevant field, preferred. + 7-10 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant supporting + Executive leadership positions. + In-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. + Exceptional organization skills and impeccable attention to detail. + Ability to multi-task and work independently. + Excellent communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills are essential. + Strong knowledge of office management and administration. + Ability to plan, organize and oversee the work of administrative staff. + High degree of professionalism working with a diverse group of individuals including Board members, senior executives, staff,external customers, and partners. + Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office. Thepayrange for this role is $65,000.00 - $105,000.00, and the pay rate for theselected candidate isdependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The rolemay beeligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
