About the Job
As an Executive Assistant I, you will support a small number of Executives in their day-to-day activities. Your functions will include complex calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting/event coordination and expense report preparation. You will interact with management, internal and external customers and suppliers and other employees.
Responsibilities:
+ Functions as point of contact between Executives and internal and external clients
+ Manages and maintains schedules and calendars
+ Prepares expense reports, emails, and other documents
+ Prepares and formats PowerPoint presentations
+ Complex travel planning
+ Prepares agendas and coordinates arrangements for meetings and events
Qualifications:
+ High School Degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ 3 years required, 5 years preferred of administrative support experience
+ Concur expense and travel platform experience preferred
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Knowledge of telephone protocol
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Discretion with confidential information
