Our Artificial General Intelligence organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a director and an independent contributor and work within a fast-paced and exciting organization.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. A successful candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Basic qualifications:
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred qualification:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience supporting multiple executives' calendars.

Temporary support while FTE role is being filled
If the FTE role is not filled within the timeframe there is a possibility to extend, there may also be a possibility for a conversion
Typical Day in the Role
M-F 8-5
Hybrid in office 3 days a week and 2 WFH days
