Job Description:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction.
- Clear and concise communication.
- Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations.
- Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion.
- Can juggle multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic and prioritize conflicting requests and deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other office productivity tools (Slack, email, calendaring).
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
