Executive Assistant (Hybrid) - TEKsystems

Our client, a multinational banking and financial services company, is seeking a Executive Assistant in their New York City Location!

Project Overview:

• Contract Length: 9 months initially with potential for extension/conversion based on performance
• Location: Hybrid, in-office 3x/week
• Hours: M-F 9am – 5pm

This will be a contract to hire into a FTE position. The expectations are this person should have excellent written and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office suite specifically power point, excel, word. Ability to multitask, think analytically and someone that is dependable and hard working.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years as an Executive Assistant (for C-Suite level). This experience is critical.
• Experience handling Sr. Executives calendar.
• Experience working for SR executives within an IT Organization.
• Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills.
• Concur experience.
• Large enterprise experience a plus!

Typical Day in Role:

• Provide high-level administrative support including scheduling meetings and managing the calendar.
• Attend meetings and document minutes.
• Support and coordinate special projects.
• Perform tasks using independent judgment and discretion; i.e., preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls.
• Use judgment and expertise to identify, resolve and escalate day-to-day issues as required.
• Establish sound business relationships by providing courteous and efficient assistance to both internal and external clients.
• Process Travel and Expense reports
