About the Job
- Assisting the HR Director in policy formulation, hiring processes, and salary administration in an administrative capacity
- Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date
- Assist with updated job descriptions; Experience or training in writing job descriptions is a preferred but not required
- Scheduling job interviews, maintaining inboxes, external correspondence for COO, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and record keeping
- Enthusiasm for working within a team environment
- Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily
- Microsoft Office experience
- A great attitude who wants to work on a fun team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
