Executive Assistant - Piping Technology & Products, Inc.

Piping Technology & Products is a rapidly growing American manufacturer that makes and supplies specialty piping products to customers around the world.  The company is hiring an executive assistant for its President, COO.

Task

•       Provide high-level administrative support to the company's COO
•      Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
•       Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
•      Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the COO's review
•       Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
•       Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
•      Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
•        Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the COO

Requirements

•        Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
•        Excellent organizational and time management skills
•        Strong written and verbal communication skills
•        Proficient in proofreading, typing, and transcribing documents
•        Experience with project coordination and multitasking
•        Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
•        Fluency with a broad range of digital cloud-based tools
•        Proficiency in Google Suite
•       Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
