Your Impact
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for executives, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects, research, and administrative tasks as needed.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
