About the Job
Executive Assistant Role:
Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO to drive projects forward. This includes creating and updating spreadsheets, compiling data, and implementing processes to streamline operations.
Conduct thorough research and gather information, synthesizing it into concise, insightful summaries and reports for the CEO.
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements, ensuring their time is utilized effectively. Prepare and submit expense reports on their behalf.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, demonstrating a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Executive Assistant will assist other staff and executives with administrative tasks as needed, balancing support with focus on core responsibilities.
Executive Assistant Background Profile:
A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
3-4 years of experience as an executive assistant or project assistant is required.
Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets, is essential.
Strong project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are needed.
The ability to take initiative and work independently when required is crucial.
