About the Role

In this critical role, you'll be more than just a calendar manager. You'll be a strategic partner, trusted confidante, and the Executive's right hand in navigating a fast-paced and ever-evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the Executive's calendar and schedule, ensuring efficient use of their time and maximizing their productivity.
- Anticipate needs and handle a diverse range of tasks, from travel arrangements and expense reports to confidential communication and meeting preparation.
- Draft and edit high-level correspondence, including presentations, emails, and reports, upholding the Executive's voice and brand.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and requests with discretion and diplomacy.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the Executive's decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Organize and manage special projects with initiative and attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution.
- Maintain a confidential and professional environment, demonstrating impeccable judgment and discretion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company developments to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level executives.
- Extensive experience across Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams)
- Design and develop powerful presentations
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Demonstrating a demeanor and presentation that seamlessly aligns with our corporate culture is of utmost importance.
- Proficiency in reviewing documents within corporate and organizational contexts.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Experience with scheduling tools, travel arrangements, and office management software a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
