This is a remote position with in person meetings with the CEO occasionally

This Executive Assistant would be supporting a Family Office that runs several small to mid-sized businesses, and is active in pursuing business opportunities to invest and participate in. The Executive Assistant would primarily support the head of the Family Office, but also at times would assist with administrative tasks for other members of the family, and with personal family travel and activities.

- Reading, PA / Berks County
- Lancaster / Lancaster County
- Greater Philadelphia / Bucks County
- Beauford County (where Hilton Head is located) and Savannah, GA
This Executive Assistant would be supporting a Family Office that runs several small to mid-sized businesses, and is active in pursuing business opportunities to invest and participate in. The Executive Assistant would primarily support the head of the Family Office, but also at times would assist with administrative tasks for other members of the family, and with personal family travel and activities.
Key Tasks:
- Setting up appointments, meetings and maintaining schedules;
- This includes family office work
- Interviews and meetings with prospective business opportunities
- Family travel
- House schedule (currently 4 properties owned, some of which are rented. This requires schedules to be maintained with inspections, upkeep, maintenance, etc.)
- Administrative tasks related to Family Trusts
- Following up on business and real estate related work items on head-of-office’s behalf
- Managing work travel
- Other misc administrative tasks and paper work
