Developing and implementing goals associated with the efficiency and quality of care
Ensuring regulatory compliance for the company
- MUST have an advanced level and proficiency of MICROSOFT OFFICE. (will be competency tested)
Preparing and monitoring budgets
Recruiting, hiring, and scheduling employees
Serving as a spokesperson for the company
Develop systems using our propriety systems to streamline efficiency
Lead weekly meetings for clients to discuss expectations and improvements in processes
Very responsive monitoring over all of our systems
Communicate all findings to the leadership team
Must have excellent Microsoft Office use; specifically excel
Salary dependant on experience
