Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its growing team: supporting the COO + CFO.
Why join us?
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive support to C-level executives, ensuring their schedules are efficiently managed and prioritized.
2. Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, including meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
3. Plan and execute all logistics for executive-level meetings both internally and externally.
4. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
5. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
6. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation to executives, committees, and boards of directors.
7. Maintain utmost discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters.
8. Interface professionally with all levels of staff, clients, and the public, acting as a representative of the executive team.
9. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
2. Proven experience in coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
4. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
7. High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
