Executive Assistant/Research Coordinator – Greenwich, CT

A bicoastal hedge fund is seeking a Research Coordinator/EA to add to their team in their Greenwich, CT office! This is a dynamic role supporting a team of Analysts and would be the perfect opportunity for someone with a few years of finance support already under their belt and wants to take on more.

Hours: 8:30/9am – 5pm

Location: Greenwich, CT and has hybrid flexibility. Typically 4 days in office and 1 day WFH but must be flexible to go in fulltime as needed

Salary is commensurate with experience in the $120-150k base range + discretionary bonus and full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Compile research and monitor portfolios
• Track sell-side corporate access events, conferences and vendors
• Prioritize a high-volume of emails and phone calls
• Book international and domestic travel arrangements
• Outlook calendar management and scheduling
• Process expenses in Concur

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience supporting a team within financial services
• 4-year Bachelors Degree
• Must be proactive and flexible with an understanding of financial markets
• Extremely detail-oriented and familiar with Microsoft tools and financial research platforms
