Reputable health and wellness company in search of an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Searching for an individual with 2+ years of executive assistant experience and a shared passion for health and wellness. Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executive calendars including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Prepare and organize materials for meetings

- Coordinate incoming communications including emails and phone calls

- Act as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders

- Assist with project management

- Support marketing and event planning

Requirements:

- 2+ years as an executive assistant, health and wellness industry experience preferred

- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or communications preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
