This position is with a prominent non-profit organization who offers specialized services to their community. This is a Temp to Hire position which offers a great salary and benefits.
Description
-Main contact between the Executive Director and Board of Directors
-Create and distribute Board meeting material
-Prepare agendas, minutes and packets
-Oversee the schedule for the Director and schedule the Board meetings
-Generate correspondence and letters as directed by the Director
-Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Director
-Other administrative duties
Requirements
-3-5 years of hands-on administrative experience supporting executive staff
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
-Ability to transcribe Board minutes
-Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
-Strong interpersonal skills and written and oral communication.
