Salary/Hourly Rate:
$100k – $130k plus Bonus
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will assist the C-Suite members with business and personal tasks. They will be responsible for managing complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant will maintain organizational systems, including filing, expense tracking, and project management tools.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Handle personal errands, such as managing household appointments, personal travel bookings, and special projects.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for personal and business-related functions.
- Manage confidential and personal information with discretion.
- Liaise with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
- Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or workflow inefficiencies.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-level individuals.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with many different personalities.
- Team player mentality – no task is too big or too small.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
