The Role
IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our Foster City-based team as an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the rest of the team to manage important elements of the Partners’ day-to-day responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Heavy calendar management; scheduling meetings, anticipating conflicts, booking conference rooms
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the partner's behalf.
- Facilitate all travel arrangements (air, rail, hotel, car service, etc.)
- Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing, filing, uploading documentation to proper sources, distributing mail etc.
- Managing the partner's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Lead and manage special projects as they arise on behalf of the Partner's.
- Anticipate the needs of the partner's and determine the best ways to free up their time.
- Greet clients and direct them to appropriate conference rooms.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience supporting executives and management of the office.
- Candidate must thrive and be able to keep up with an everchanging, fast paced environment.
- High-level of integrity and intelligence.
- Must be able to think critically, effectively, anticipate issues.
- Must have high attention to detail in all aspects of the role, work quickly and accurately.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Good relationship buildings skills both inside and outside of the organization.
- “No task is too small” mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Compensation
The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $100,000 - $130,000, depending on skills and experience.
