We have an immediate need for a sharp, entrepreneurial-spirited individual who will be supporting our CEO in a Project Management / Administrative Assistant role. ** Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED **

Job Details
Is your background a fit?
* Excellent MS Office
* 8+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, supporting a C-level Executive in a corporate environment
* Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent project planning, management and coordination abilities
* Positive attitude with a strong aptitude to pick up things/direction quickly
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
* Able to commit to a minimum of 3 years
* Work a 50-hour work week with some nights and weekends, as needed
* Live within 20 minutes of downtown Ft. Worth
* Bachelor's degree is required
What will you be doing?
Along with 3-4 other team members -
* Manage personal and business support assisting with very complex calendars and schedules, travel coordination and general operational functions
* Manage vendors and serving point of contact
* Research and develop new ideas and projects
* Manage photo and video archives
