Location: Fort Worth, TX (on site - 76102)

Pay: $22-$25/hr - Depending on Experience

Duration: 3-5 months (could be extended)

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Job Description:

• Manage the front office for anyone coming into the office, and meeting room calendaring

• Manage office supplies

• Support to high level directors

• maintain office area, keeping common areas neat and orderly

• Assist with expense reports and travel arrangements.

• Create letters to be sent out to various recipients for verifications and offers.

Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1 year experience

• Good problem solving, public relations, and communication.

• Strong office management and writing.

• MS Office and Adobe Photoshop

• Calendaring
