The Executive Assistant will provide onsite support to a small team of senior government executives as part of a research and engineering organization.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support administrative requirements of management and executive levels
- Maintain executive calendars in Outlook, including scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, setting up VTC, etc.
- Prepare special reports, summaries, or meeting minutes and other documents
- Travel scheduling and coordination, budgeting, logistics support, and asset tracking
- Writing and communicating within and throughout teams
- Active TS/SCI w/ full scope polygraph
- 5 years of professional experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including extensive Microsoft Office
- BA/BA Degree from an Accredited Institution
- U.S. Citizenship
- Favorable Criminal History Check
- Education Verification
- Abuse/Illegal Drug Use
- Credit Check
- Subject Interview
