Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a knack for juggling multiple tasks? Are you experienced in providing high-level support to top executives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a Consulting Executive Assistant to provide indispensable support to a CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our top executive, gaining invaluable insight into the strategic operations of a leading company while contributing to its success.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our client's CEO, offering support in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of their company. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the CEO's complex and frequently changing schedule, including arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
2. Booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, while making sure to anticipate and address any potential issues or conflicts.
3. Preparing essential documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring they are accurate, well-organized, and prepared in a timely manner.
4. Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling incoming calls and correspondence, and directing them as necessary.
5. Coordinating with other departments to gather and consolidate information for the CEO's review and action.
6. Providing a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Executive Assistant role, candidates must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting a CEO
2. Proven experience in booking travel arrangements and managing complex schedules.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholders.
5. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
