Executive Assistant - Hire Reactor

We are in need of an intelligent, focused, and incredibly organized individual for our Executive Assistant position. Here at Outploy we are a fast paced, ever-growing company with many different projects occurring all at once! We have a strong focus in the dental field but have several other projects as well. Your core responsibility is to assist our high level staff with schedules, tasks, etc.

Responsiblities include but are not limited to:

• Writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
  
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  
• Organizing meetings, schedules, sending reminders, and overall blocking of the happenings of the day
  
• Answering phone calls and maintaining accurate details of messages and follow-ups
  
• Know and understand how to multi task and prioritize the most time sensitive matters
  

What we are looking for:

• INCREDIBLY organized!!!
  
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred
  
• Reliability is a MUST
  
• Excellent with computers (word, email, excel, etc)
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
• Project management skills
  
• 3+ years of experience supporting admin functions at executive level (preferred)
