As part of the ERP team, the Executive Assistant provides administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner, dedicated to making it easier for the team to achieve their goals.

Summary
The Executive Assistant role, based in Parsippany, NJ, serves as the primary point of contact for internal colleagues and external stakeholders on matters related to the ERP Project.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate good judgment in a variety of situations, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities. The role requires maintaining a balance among multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

Essential Duties

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and prioritizing a dynamic calendar of meetings and events.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including creating itineraries, scheduling critical meetings, and optimizing travel plans.
• Maintaining a central repository for project-related documents, ensuring version control and easy accessibility.
• Collaborating with team members to organize workshops, training sessions, and related activities.
• Handling sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion, particularly those impacting company operations.
• Preparing documents such as spreadsheets, slide presentations, agendas, reports, and other materials to support organizational objectives.
• Completing expense reports.
• Conducting research, collecting and analyzing information, and preparing briefing documents in advance of meetings or events.
• Completing ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Assisting with event coordination and logistics.
