Executive Assistant

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Set up meetings, plan events, book travel
• Process invoices and perform contract management
• Use Microsoft tools to support the C-suite team

• 8+ years of experience supporting C-level suite
• 2+ years of experience supporting Board of Directors
• Experience managing multiple C-level Execs 
• Working within large organizations (5k+)
• Experience with travel and expense software (preferably Concur)
• Experience planning large events (300+ people)

• This position is fully onsite
