Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

?

• Manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion
• Manage executive's calendar
• Coordinate and prepare arrangements for internal and external conferences, meetings, luncheons and events
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed
• Reconcile and process monthly expense reports
• Review contracts and lease agreements
• Create, improve and implement strategies and systems to streamline communication, efficiencies and productivity within the company
• Schedule vendors for maintenance repairs as needed
• Ensure orderly operations of the office and coordinate efforts of building staff
• Order supplies and manage vendor relationships
• Potential project work on an ad hoc basis
• Handle additional personal and confidential needs and requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• 3-5+ years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives
• Experience reading contracts or leases strongly preferred
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
