About the Job
As the Executive Assistant your primary responsibility will be supporting the CEO in their day-to-day Event, meeting and calendar management. In addition to supporting the CEO, you will support the office's general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive's calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, events, conferences, travel, etc.
- Develop and utilize efficient filing, scanning and tracking systems
- Hold conversations with key stakeholders to the organization in place of the CEO
- Comfortable managing calendar time zones for heavy domestic and international travel
- Develop presentations and ensure all meeting rooms are prepared for executives/business events
- Support office management by assuring cleanliness, organization, malfunctions and technology are all up to par
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of EA/Administrative experience supporting a CEO
- Strong analytical, technical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
