A leading company in the home services industry is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the owner with key management functions and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication. Working collaboratively, the new team member will enhance efficiency by managing schedules, implementing initiatives, and generating key reports while ensuring smooth execution of processes and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Owners schedule.
- Distribute meeting agendas.
- Prepare meeting materials.
- Coordinate necessary meals for meetings.
- Confirm meeting preparations are confirmed 2 days prior to all meetings and events.
- Collect / coordinate data for regularly scheduled meetings from key employees.
- Maintain filing system for Owner.
- Maintain employee confidential files.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs.
- Maintain vehicle repair schedules.
- Maintain vehicle distribution to field employees.
- Update insurance company of all new driver’s information upon completion of new hire paperwork.
- Maintain inventory of uninform stock supply and reorder as needed.
- Maintain inventory Office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Research assignments as directed by Owner.
- Create reporting as directed by Owner.
- Help plan and organize annual company events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of administrative experience within an office, EA/PA experience is a huge plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Valid Driver License with clean Driving Record
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to complete projects with minimal direction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to logistically think through a complete process
- Ability to prioritize and complete several tasks in an orderly fashion
- Ability to bring projects to successful completion within budget
