About the Job
HRPivot's client is currently hiring an Executive Assistant who has experience in the construction industry. The Executive Assistant is responsible for orchestrating office functions and procedures, offering secretarial and administrative backing to the management team.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Executing administrative tasks such as composing and refining emails, formulating memos, and generating correspondences on behalf of management.
- Supporting management in their designated tasks, notably within the scopes of Hiring, Onboarding, Employee Exit processes, and a range of other clerical duties.
- Keeping detailed and precise documentation.
- Coordinating meetings, which involves arranging schedules, sending out reminders, and handling catering arrangements as needed.
- Overseeing the schedules of management, arranging meetings, and prioritizing urgent issues.
- Undertaking additional duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suites- Both are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree in related field preferred.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
