Hey, I’m Braden Wallake, founder of HyperSocial. I’m looking for an extraordinary executive assistant who can help me do what I’m great at—growing the company, creating, and solving big problems—while you take care of the rest.

If you’ve seen Suits, think of the role like Donna (but focused strictly on the business side). If you haven’t, I’m looking for someone who can predict what needs to be done before I even know it needs doing.

Here’s the situation:

I run a fast-growing marketing company, HyperSocial, and I handle a lot of our marketing and sales efforts, as well as managing employees, and pushing our company and team forward. Some days are structured, others are complete mayhem. I’ve had mixed luck with this role in the past, but I know the right person is out there.

This role isn’t just about managing my calendar or screening calls. You’ll be an integral part of HyperSocial’s growth story. You’ll work across marketing, sales, and company operations. Most importantly, you’ll be the organized mind behind my creative chaos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Management

  Prioritize and draft responses for incoming emails.

  
  

• Calendar Management

  Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  
  

• Project Management

  Help track progress on various initiatives and make sure deadlines are met.

  
  

• Client and Vendor Relations

  Schedule meetings, track follow-ups, and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.

  
  

• Marketing and Social Media

  Assist with content creation, social media scheduling, and outreach efforts.

  
  

• Research and Data Entry

  Conduct market research and assist with updating customer databases.

  
  

• Task Delegation

  Help delegate tasks to the team and track progress to ensure projects stay on track.

  
  

• Financial Support

  Assist with managing invoices, expenses, and other financial tasks.

  
  

• Travel Planning

  Arrange travel and accommodations as needed.

  
  

• Event Coordination

  Help organize company events or client meetings.

About You

• Based in Columbus, Ohio and willing to travel to the office multiple days per week
• 2-3 years of previous experience in an executive assistant role
• Exceptional digital organization skills
• Experience with remote collaboration tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-motivated problem solver
• Comfortable with rapid change
