Executive Assistant - Entegee

Summary: Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to manage clerical duties, travel arrangements, expense reporting and develop a records management system.

Job Requirements:

• At least eight years of administrative experience.

• Minimum three years of experience in arranging and confirming travel plans and managing expense forms.

• Must be able to establish and manage multiple priorities and assignments with effective follow-up.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college-level courses completion preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in developing records management systems for correspondence.

• Capability to coordinate commercial invoice preparations as necessary.

• Experience in processing travel reservations, passport, and visa requests ensuring compliance with export license requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Typing, proofreading, editing, and organizing files for legal agreements, corporate documents, and presentations.

• Maintaining logs and corporate information books.

• Preparing outgoing mail and packages for correspondence and presentations.

• Assisting with travel-related inquiries and processing travel expense reports for accuracy including per diems coordination with relevant departments.

 

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
