Executive Assistant

CareStar, Inc. is currently seeking an Executive Assistant in the Executive Department to provide a wide range of support services and certain daily administrative duties, such as, general clerical, transcription, scheduling of meetings and project-based work.
THE POSITION
CareStar is looking for motivated individuals who/to:
- Maintains absolute confidentiality in all aspects of job performance.
- Maintains an Executive’s calendar.
- Schedules meetings and appointments, including out of town meetings and accommodations.
- Provides transcription services.
- Organizes and maintains files and archival of records.
- Manages projects and conducts research.
- Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Liaison with internal team at all levels.
- Interacts with external clients and vendors.
- Answers and manages incoming calls as needed.
- Adheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities.
- Understands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality as related to patient information. Any disclosures of confidential information made unlawfully outside the proper course of duty will be treated as a serious disciplinary offense.
- Follows the Acceptable Use Policy while using any information systems owned or controlled by CareStar, Inc.
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma and a minimum of five (5) years of experience assisting a Corporate Executive.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of verbal and written communications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Efficient, organized, and resourceful.

This position is an office-based position in CareStar's Corporate Office in Cincinnati, OH.
