Do you take pride in complex meeting scheduling and building effective working relationships with key stakeholders? As an Executive Assistant supporting two leaders within the Charles Koch Foundation, you will connect task management to organizational priorities with a high degree of confidentiality, sense of urgency, and customer focus. The team is fast paced with significant travel coordination and logistics. To be successful in this role, you will take pride in identifying and anticipating business needs, recognizing that success is determined by intentionality and your ability to execute with excellence. Your Responsibilities Include
- Calendar Management. Proactive thought partner and managing your leader's time in a fast-paced, high volume, and ever-changing environment. Build and maintain a deep understanding of priorities to effectively allocate the leader's time. Make judgements on time and recommendations grounded in strategic priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- General administrative support. Process invoice payments, reconcile receipts and expense reports on behalf of the leaders, and book and coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics.
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and innovate to improve administrative processes. Collaborate with internal and external Executive Assistants to understand prioritization and make trade-offs. Identify and learn new tools and techniques to elevate the level of support and partnership the administrative team can give.

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Professional manner and strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative
- Have a collaborative approach to work; give and receive feedback respectfully.
- Ability to think strategically about the leader's time as an allocation of resources.
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, sense of judgment, and ability to improvise and creatively problem-solve while maintaining composure.
- Ability to provide articulate and concise oral and written communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (including expertise with Outlook's calendar function), and PowerPoint.
- A clear understanding of and excitement for Stand Together's vision
