Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted assistant to our executive officers, demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of technical and business terminology.

Partner closely with the CFO to identify key opportunities and streamline daily tasks, offering proactive support and tactical expertise.
Manage sensitive company information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Independently perform a wide range of administrative functions, handling highly confidential matters with precision and efficiency.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, fostering cross-functional relationships.
Exhibit professionalism in all communications and correspondence on behalf of the executive, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Research and prioritize issues addressed to the executive, providing recommendations and solutions with independent judgment.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for department staff, offering guidance on corporate policies and procedures.
Draft, edit, and proofread various documents, including correspondence and meeting minutes, with meticulous attention to detail.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and timely responses.
Manage the executive's schedule, including calendar management, event coordination, and travel arrangements.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot office functions and recommend efficient solutions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in handling special projects and conducting research.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience managing calendars, events, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
Familiarity with corporate expense reporting practices and budget management.
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
Administrative support experience in a senior management or executive role.
Preferred certification from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
