About the Job
Applications are being accepted for the position of Executive Assistant for Academic Affairs. This is a full-time position that works closely with the Provost to manage the daily operations of the Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs. They manage the Provost's schedule, prepare correspondence, collect and maintain confidential files and data, maintain the Academic Affairs website and faculty handbook, and organize major annual events. This position also manages the presence of full and part-time faculty members on campus, scheduling and file submission for Reappointment, Promotion, and Tenure reviews, faculty development awards, and room and event scheduling. The executive assistant serves as Recording Secretary at faculty meetings.

Qualifications
B.A. degree preferred. Three to five years of related work experience is required.
Working Conditions
This position works in-person on campus. The hiring pay range for the position is $20 - $23 per hour. Cornell College offers a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, HSA & FSA accounts, a TIAA 403(b) retirement account, and tuition remission and exchange for employees and dependents. We also offer life insurance, disability insurance, travel insurance, and accident insurance. And, all full-time staff begin with a 4-week vacation accrual along with 14.5 paid holidays in a year.
