Picture Yourself on the Team

Oni Studios is looking for an Executive Assistant to assist our top creator. The right candidate is highly organized and has the ability to handle various workloads per week. Your role is to be the main point of contact for the executive. You will maintain his personal and professional calendar and ensure that all tasks and appointments are met in a timely manner. In addition, you will be responsible for more personal tasks such as running errands and keeping track of dietary needs through food preparation. As an Executive Assistant, you will be a necessary component in the executives world that allows him to maintain focus on tasks that require his full attention. 

Primary functions:

• Booking and arranging travel, transportation and accommodation
• Scheduling personal appointments and events
• Personal calendar management
• Professional calendar management
• Professional email management
• Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Organizing reports and documents 
• Coordinating and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and decisions
• Acting as a gatekeeper, screening requests and managing access to the talent to ensure a strategic and streamlined workflow
• Coordinating the logistics of appearances, meetings, and events, ensuring the talent is well-prepared and informed
• Shopping trips
• Grocery shopping
• Daily food preparation
• Running errands when needed
• Cleaning and organizing rooms
• Other tasks as assigned 

What you have accomplished:

• 2 years minimum proven work experience as a personal assistant
• 35 to 50 hours per week, eligible for overtime
• Must be available to work weekends, on-call commitment
• Will be a hybrid work schedule
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• GSuite proficiency 
• Flexibility and adaptability 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work loads
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality 
• Must be comfortable being filmed or on camera
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• PA certification would be an advantage, but is not required

• 3-15% bonus qualification after 6 months with Oni
