Coordinate with finesse: Manage the CEO's calendar like a pro, scheduling appointments with precision and finesse.
Meeting maestro: Organize meetings seamlessly and capture accurate minutes, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Travel virtuoso: Take charge of travel plans, ensuring smooth journeys for our CEO to various destinations.
Master communicator: Craft emails, memos, and letters with flair, distributing them effectively to the right recipients.
Jet-setting companion: Occasionally accompany the CEO to meetings and conferences in different cities, experiencing new horizons along the way.
What You'll Bring:
Educational background: High school diploma/GED required, with an Associate's degree or administrative training preferred.
Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in the healthcare industry or a similar position is advantageous.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency with standard office equipment and excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Organization extraordinaire: Highly organized with stellar time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects with ease.
