About the Job
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support for executives and their team to manage a department or business unit. This position reports to executive level officers in the organization.
Responsibilities:- Manages and maintains executives’ schedules and as well as supports the department or business unit meeting senior leadership schedule.
- Navigate other departments and business units to facilitate a streamlined communications process across teams.
- Manage travel requests and resulting expenses
- Along with other executive assistants, work as a team to create a consistent and cohesive approach to shared work.
- Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, using various support systems, including PTO management, expense management, HRIS management, and PO management.
- Working with the executive leadership team, manage the ongoing work associated with the internal communications process & technology.
- Prepares responses to email correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Files and retrieves corporate documents, records and reports.
- Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for executive meetings.
- Performs duties as requested by the Executive team.
