Job Details:
- Complex calendar management that regularly involves negotiations, many changing variables, multiple conversations, tight timelines, and varying degrees of pressure to achieve objectives.
- Coordination of logistics as well as gathering and assembling of briefing materials for meetings, events, and speaking engagement.
- Composing, editing, and drafting letters, memos, reports and other materials.
- Preparing talking points and research on various topics – including politics, government, legislation, and media – for speeches and events as needed.
- Completing various office support functions such as expense reports, travel arrangements, phone support, and clerical activities.
- Working with a Dean’s Office, faculty, staff, and other Centers to support the mission and programs.
- Managing interactions with visitors and outreach to campaigns, political organizations, and staff.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years professional administrative support experience.
- Prior experience with complex calendar and travel management.
- Work experience in higher education preferred.
