This is a special Hybrid role; ideally the selected professional will be open to being in the office, ideally 4 days/week.
A day in the life:
This Executive Assistant role at CVRx offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to two members of our C-suite, contributing directly to our organizational success. As an Executive Administrative Assistant at CVRx, you will act as a critical liaison to senior leaders, managing executive outreach, external relations, and high-impact special projects. Working within an innovative, entrepreneurial environment, you’ll have the freedom to bring creative solutions to the table while delivering operational excellence.
We’re seeking a professional with outstanding judgment and adaptability, skilled in written and verbal communication, organizational efficiency, and balancing diverse priorities. Key responsibilities include handling a wide array of sensitive and complex administrative tasks—from crafting internal and external communications and leading project management efforts to organizing events and providing strategic administrative support. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who seeks continuous improvement and has a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience supporting senior level executives; C-suite support experience is prioritized and will make you stand out.
- Superior interpersonal skills to effectively communicate based on audience with understanding of diverse personalities and backgrounds.
- Experience with handling confidential information and approaching information sharing on a need-to-know basis.
- The ability to think outside the box while working independently and with minimal supervision and direction, with particular emphasis on having a sense of urgency and cost effectiveness of solutions.
- An excellent work ethic; results and detail oriented with advanced organization, planning, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills, at the highest level and on a consistent basis.
- Excellent verbal, written, telephone, and keyboarding skills.
- Expert level of proficiency with current versions of Microsoft Office Suite as well as a variety of other software applications.
- Competence with learning and leveraging new technology to support smarter work and collaboration.
- Action and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency, an ability to prioritize and a willingness to be flexible based on business need.
- Open to and flexible with hours of availability, as determined by the needs of the business, for projects and meetings as necessary.
- Desire to be part of a rapidly growing and fast-paced organization.
- Able to travel, up to 2-3 days per month, to support executive(s) at various meetings. US based travel.
What we would like to see:
- Experience supporting one or more C-level executives in a fast-growing public company.
- Experience supporting C-suite Executives in the Commercial, Sales and/or Marketing organizations is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability and temperament to work with sensitive information.
- Team player - have team-oriented experience and approach.
- Experience or exposure to continuous improvement methodologies.
- Emotional maturity. Adaptable and embraces change.
Working Conditions
- Under normal office/hybrid conditions, perform difficult, complex, technical, and/or specialized office support work.
- Requires the exercise of independent judgment, the application of technical skills, and a detailed knowledge of the activities and procedures specific to the executive team.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
