Our client, a growing life sciences company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide executive administrative support a senior executive! The qualified Executive Assistant for this role will have 7+ years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives in the life sciences industry.

Position Details:

• Location: Middlesex County
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Degree: Preferred
• Responsibilities include extensive calendar management; onboarding and offboarding employees; preparing and submitting expense reports; preparing communication and meeting materials; coordinating onsite and offsite leadership and team meetings; assisting with department budgeting; and more.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can candle confidential information and communication; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office skills; and is a strong team player who is resourceful, organized, and self-motivated.
