Must Haves:1+ years of executive admin experience
Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others.
Preferred:Higher education experience
Job Description:
An esteemed higher-education institution is seeking an Executive Admin to support project management and executive leadership
Job responsibilities will focus on:Regularly interacts with management and attends stakeholder meetings.
Records detailed meeting minutes in a confidential setting and distributes meeting minutes to stakeholders.
Ensures that all discussions and documents are handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Identifies action items and responsible parties.
Tracks follow up items for future meetings.
Calendar management
Making travel and meeting arrangements,
Screening calls
Composing letters and reports and preparing presentations and financial data.
Requirements:Has advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others.
Has the ability to perform Internet research.
Work is generally of highly confidential nature.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
