Job Details
· Coordinate the schedule of the President/CEO for internal and external meetings and roles; arrange travel when necessary.
· Interact with all stakeholders including members of the Board of Directors, staff, program participants, and community leaders setting a welcoming tone for the Executive Office.
· Schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders and act as the point person for distribution of materials, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
· Organize and prepare all materials necessary for meetings and ensure the President/CEO has access to the materials in a timely manner.
· Work collaboratively with other members of the Goodwill team, especially Philanthropy Marketing and Communications.
· Strong proofreading, copy-editing, and writing skills are required.
· Positive attitude and sense of humor are essential.
· Position is in-person Monday – Friday.
· Other general administrative duties as needed
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's Degree (or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field) required.
· Seven to ten years of professional business experience in comparable roles. Experience working with C-Suite executives is required. Prior experience working with a Board of Directors a strong plus.
· Demonstrated strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
