Executive Assistant (Onsite)
A highly successful real estate investment management firm, located North of Boston, is actively seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This person will be acting as the ‘right hand’ to the Managing Partner of the firm and will be responsible for a range of executive and personal support tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has anywhere from 3-8 years of EA/Admin experience within the financial services space. Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive calendar and daily schedule management, including organizing and coordinating all internal and external meetings/video conferences and the necessary associated logistics (including catering when needed); create agendas, prepare and distribute meeting materials; ability to quickly, professionally and effectively manage ever changing needs and schedule adjustments
- Maintain a 24/7 mentality in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Coordinate and align professional and personal calendars with family calendar
- Attend meetings, draft notes, and ensure follow-up and communication
- Assist in inbox management, drafting responses and timely follow-up
- Act as a liaison between the executive and colleagues
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-8 years of experience (coming out of a professional services or financial services firm is strongly preferred).
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
