About the Job
We’re looking for a sharp, orderly Executive Assistant who can help support senior staff organize their client and office-related activities. You will work with clients by scheduling meetings, setting up meeting agendas, and taking detailed notes during meetings. You have excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Your role will assist executives by booking travel as required, managing deadlines, and helping to follow up on agreed-upon actions during meetings. You will also provide support by setting up internal meetings, and liaising with external partners' organizations as required. You are dependable and can readily provide solutions in a fast-paced business environment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3-5 years business related experience; 2 years in customer service experience.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business, Management, Accounting, Finance or HR) or equivalent course / work experience.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent oral and written communication skills; high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel); Background in client relations a major plus, an understanding of finance/accounting, budgeting and human resources and highly competent in general day-to-day business client activities.
KEY DUTIES
-Handle day-to-day client operational tasks such as setting up meetings both online and in person, as required; write and send agenda and invites
-Utilize our professional services software Kantata and Microsoft Excel for agency forecasting information
-Manage client team and business operations planning
-Interface with Creative Services Manager and Executive Management, recommending process improvements and executing approved plans
-Maintain external agency and select vendor relationships
-Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity
-Arrange and coordinate executive team’s travel
-Other duties as directed by Management
OTHER KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that support executives' ability to effectively lead the organization
-Organize partner scheduling and business awareness
-Understand business priorities and ensure that partners are aware of such priorities
-Work with business operations to make sure contract approvals happen promptly and the right people are informed
Starting salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience level. Not a remote position, local applicants only.

TILT operates in a professional office environment. Employees routinely use standard office equipment. Employees are occasionally required to sit and balance for extended periods of time. Employees can lift/move 10 up to 25 lbs.
